The Visiting Nurse Foundation also helps VNA of Florida patients through financial assistance, medically necessary renovations to their home, medical equipment donations, and more.
Each year, VNF awards scholarships to local high school seniors interested in pursuing nursing as a career. Other ways VNF gives back to the community includes free Thanksgiving and Christmas meals, free back-to-school physicals, blanket drives for the homeless, food drives, free flu shot clinics, and more.
The Foundation is funded solely by donations from present and former patients, VNA employees, local businesses, community members, and fundraising events, like our Annual Charity Golf Tournament, Annual Charity Sporting Clay Shoot, and Annual Denim & Diamonds Charity Ball.
