  • Provides direct, remote control and telephone support to field and in-house laptop, mobile device and PC users. Supported software includes Windows, MS Office, IE, Citrix and various clinical software, as well as any other applications the Agency uses or may implement in future.
  • Provide triage support for desktop operations, mobile configuration and maintenance, and basic user account support.

  • Understand the home health coverage guidelines for Medicare/private insurance and determine if the patient’s required care meets those guidelines.

  • Develop reasonable, specific, and measurable goals that commensurate with the plan of care, are agreed upon by the patient/caregiver, and counsel and instruct the patient/caregiver.
  • Assess the patient’s condition and report significant changes to the physician, supervisor, and other team members.
  • Assure that written progress reports are made to the physicians as needed.
  • Evaluate patients by conducting a thorough assessment and by applying diagnostic and prognostic muscle, joint, nerve, and functional abilities tests.
