Skilled Nursing
Our skilled nursing begins with a comprehensive assessment of the patient’s condition and history as well as an evaluation of their home care needs. The nurse may also determine other services such as therapy and personal care which are necessary. During the evaluation visit, the nurse will develop goals with the patient that will determine what will be done during the initial and follow-up visits.
These services are often covered by Medicare and insurance.
