The HOPE Stroke Support Group and Manatee Memorial Hospital host seminars on the second thursday of each month from 4-6Pm at Bradenton Country Club 4646 Ninth Ave West Bradenton, FL 34209.
These Events will include a heart-healthy dinner and beverages, free specialized golf instructions by a PGA certified golf instructor and activities for caregivers.
H.O.P.E.’s mission and vision for persons experiencing stroke is to provide quality interdisciplinary care within the community setting related to stroke and cerebrovascular health.
